Hey. Doing fine. I wanted to ask about this refurbished product: FC509LL/A
I will be happy to assist you with information on the iMac.
This is otherwise the same as product MC509LL/A, correct? (Except it was refurbished)
I’m pulling up the first item as the iMac and the 2nd item as a keyboard. Is the 2nd item an iMac as well?

Do you know some of the most common reasons an iMac might be returned and refurbished?
This can be any number of reasons. Often times people get buyers grief and simply return the machines before they even open the box. This means that some customers are getting brand new, unopened machines that are considered refurbished because they were shipped.
And do the refurbished products still come in the same box as new ones? That box came in handy for my Macbook.
There is no way for us to determine how this will be shipped. This product will come in a box large enough to ship a large iMac however. This will most likely be the original box but there is no way to verify this.
Ok, and does it come with some kind of certificate or documentation that it went through the refurbishment process?
Our refurbished devices come with the same standard 1 year warranty and are eligible for the exact same AppleCare coverage as our new devices. If something is wrong with the device due to defect, we will fix the problem. We stand by our refurbished machines the same that we stand by our new devices. If you decide to go with refurbished, you can do so with confidence.
